Appropriation request -Ammendment

Hi,

We use AR(appropriation request) /Investment management for capital budgeting.As per our process, after approval & release-the AR cannot be changed and IM positions are replaced with measure.The assets are created with WBS (created from AR).The issue is-after release of AR, if the amount has to be added for the same set of WBS/Asset, how to handle the same.

Hi,

Additional funding on already approved WBS element will require Supplemental Appropriation Request.

Any Appropriation Request after Original AR should be a supplemental AR. Supplemental fund distribution can be done via CJ37.

Hi,

Create another set of AR type to add value or supplement budget for the same .

Check if it works.
