Support team determination not working

Hi, we have configured incident management into our Solution Manager 7.1SP08 and we configured support team determination using guide "Support

Team Determination via Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus)"

We have created an organizational unit, a decision table and a ruleset for any kind of incidents

We configured SPPFCADM following guide and the problem is that the dispatcher is not receiving an email when a new incident is created in

the system What configuration am I missing?

My configuration is this

pd Guide says this, but I don't think that I should mark as inactive "FIND_TEAM_SEND_MAIL" also I configured ZMIV_STD not SMIN_STD

Juan Carlos , could you show your settings in SCOT.

I faced with the same problem and it was caused by incorrect settings in SCOT.

hi,

have you tested te sap note Note 1629949 - Finding the support team using BRFplus: No e-mail sent also make sure the user has enough auth to send emails

Thanks for your answer, unfortunately note is not relevant for my system

Who is the user that should have enough authorizations? I think that the process should be automatic so the user is SOLMAN_BTC maybe?
