SAP_ALL Profile display rights

Hi All,

We are using ERP 6.0 EHP6 system we need SAP_ALL role with  display rights?

How can we create it can any one please suggest me

Hi SAP Basis,

You can try below:

Download the role into excel ( .xls ) then you will be able to replace all the values for all the ACTVT fields by 03 in one stroke; using find and replace functionality.

a. Download the role to your desktop in excel format or some other format.

b. Filter it with the term AGR_1251*

c.  Replace all values for ACTVT  with 03. & Save the file and upload it into the system.

OR

Create a role with PFCG and put the following Authorization Objects then Save & Generate the Role.

S_TCODE

TCD: *

S_TABU_DIS

ACTVT: 03

DICBERCLS: *

S_PROJECT

ACTVT: 03

This role will be used as Display only.

Create a role with PFCG and put the following Authorization Objects then Save & Generate the Role.

DICBERCLS: *

S_PROJECT

ACTVT: 03

I have followed the above procedure but some transactions are working fine only display some transactions are not syaing you are not au thorized for the Transaction.

Please sugegst how can we achive the all transaction display

Hi,

I found this procedure and at my tests worked correctly:

• Create a profile composed by PFCG
• Find all functions that have the word display in the description: * DISPLAY *
• Then add this in each user profile created.
• Also include on each user's profile S_A.SHOW
• Also include all individual profiles with the word display in the description (note that we are not talking about profile and function) to locate include all of CUSTOMIZING.

I have created ZSAP_ALL role in PFCG after that after that how can we include the sap_all profile with display option.

Hi,

You cannot use the SAP_ALL profile. Create a role as described at previous post.

Yes use a composite role.

Please explain me clearly after creating composite role what are the steps need to be performed .

Above procedure I am confused.

A composite role is a combination of single roles.
