Interface mapping Object ID Software Component does not exist in runtime cache

Hi,

We have transported an Interface to Production System.We have tested it in  Dev and Quality and it was working fine.But in Production environment its giving error in moni as

Interface mapping Object ID 30918ED061E13EE4BDABC8F8C4988EEE Software Component DD8FD790D64311E1989EFD810AFB153C does not exist in runtime cache

I have done cache refresh but still getting the error.Please suggest.

Hi,

Check for cache notification failures (in ESR) and resolve if any. Check in interface determination in ID if the object exists as desired.

Check the mapping version in ABAP cache (sxi_cache).

Try CPA cache refresh if you are in production cutover and no business transactions are flowing through.

Hi Sonalika,

Try to reimport ESR objects(TR) again to Production and do a cache refresh .
