No Answer from Government Gateway

Dear Experts,

We have to push RTI XML file from ECC system to PI system for submitting RTI files to UK HMRC site.

We got the below error,

"No answer from government gateway received "

"No receiver could be determined"

our system details are:ECC 6.0 EHP4 with SAP_HR 62, E-Filing GB 1.0 25

Please let me know what could be the issue.

Please explain your design. How are you integrating with UK HMRC (SOAP, HTTP ??)

At which step are you getting this error.

We have tried to configre the PI system but we could not finish it as name spaces are missing.

Dear Adjan,

We have not changed anything on the system.

we have tried to configure as recommended by the SNOTE:1808938 but we could not find the name spaces in our PI system.

what could be the problem?
