Hello All,

We have CUA in our developement system having Quality system as child systems.

After creating the users in the development systems. They are stuck in SCUL tcode as grayed out and changes are not reflecting in the quality systems.

Although in BD87 of the sender system, Idocs for message type "USERCLONE" are in 03 status(Datat passed to port OK)

and in reciveing system 53 status (Application doucment posted).

In SM59, connection test, authorization test for the respective RFC is fine.

Please guide to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Amit Bharti

Hi Amit,

If the change is not reflected in the child system, I am not sure if the inbound idoc is really with post successful status. Could you please check BD87, trace idocs to see if the idoc number in target

system is created or not? If not, plesae check SM58, I believe there are entries.

If it is confirmed that the inbound idocs are created and posted, please check job RBDMOIND is scheduled in the system.

Also see note 399271.

Hi ,

To fix it on the shot. Select the user and select 1 and then 2 and then 3.

Then check in Sm58 idoc will be created and are transferred to the child system and processed there . then it will become green.

Please check the setting in we20 and we21 why the data is not transferred automatically.

Thanks
