Hi All,

Can you please kindly advice how to extract the international versions of the vendor master data which maintain in Tcode: FK03 please?

In tcode : FK03 and click "International version" where we already activated this function.

We have maintained the chinese vendor master data.

We tried tcode: SE16N and enter LFA1 but the vendor master data is in english version but it did not display chinese version of the master data.

We tried to use report S_ALR_87012086 and S_ALR_87012087 to extract out the vendor master data but it only display english version but did not display chinese version.

Can you please kindly advice and share with us if you have any better idea?

Thanks.

Best regards,

CJ

Hi Khore,

If you have created with Chines version it will display in ADRC table. Please pass selection criteria as below

I don't see any report available for the same.

Thanks & Regards,

Prasad

Hi Prasad,

Yes.It works now. Thanks. But however, my users cannot have the access to Tcode: SE16 or SE16N due to audit issues.

As such, they are unable to check the vendor master data themselves to look for missing chinese text.

Thanks.

Hi Khor,

I don't think any standard report available other than table extract (ADRC or SADR).

Please find below sap help link for more details on International address versions.

International Address Versions - Business Address Services (BC-SRV-ADR) - SAP Library

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

You should get the address from ADRC, pass address no (ADDRNUMBER) from LFA1 table and NATION = 'C' (Chinese)

Hi Thanh Tam Nguyen Thi,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes. It works now but do you aware is there any reports where we can extract the chinese text into excel?

Report S_ALR_87012086 and S_ALR_87012087 is unable to display the chinese text which maintain in international languages function.

The reason is because my users cannot have the access to Tcode: SE16 or SE16N due to audit issues. As such, they are unable to check the vendor master data themselves to look for missing chinese text.

Thank you .

Then create a query report using logical data base KDF.

Please search SCN for query creation if you are not familiar with.

Hi Mani,

The LFA1 and dynamic selections does not display the text in chinese languages.

I would like to display the vendor master data text in chinese languages in the report.

Below screen shot is from FK03 after click international versions.

Thanks.

Hi,

Collect the LFA1 - ADRNR Number and pass the same in ADRC Table.

Select the Version, it would give the details in the Language Maintained.
