If you can give more details such as what kind of orders you are talking about & what kind of scheduling parameters maintained (Forward, Backward, etc.,) exactly, then we can think of probable solution.
Thanks for your reply. I manage to solve the problem by doing the following :
1. In spro Production>Capacity Requirements Planning>Routing data>Define control key. Ensure the particular control key, the scheduling and det req ticked.
