SRM 7 support for various languages

Hi,

  I have the following questions

  1) Which languages does SRM 7 support other than English (such as French, German etc.)

   2) What config/installation is necessary to accomplish this?

   3) Is there is any customization (coding) required for accomplishing this?

   4) Are there are limitations? (say product master is only displayed in English etc)

Hi KA Rakkul,

SRM 7 supports all the languages. No extra configuration is required, You just need to select the language at the time of login in the system.

For any custom fields, of course you need to maintain the field description in the language required otherwise it will show in default (English) language only.

If you want to download/upload some Cyrillic Characters (For eg. Chineese fonts) than you need to make the Encoding default to UTF8 in SAP Logon pad under properties code page.
