Licence KeyCode

Good afternoon,

I used to log into https://sap.licenselink.com to get the latest downloads and access our licence keys. I have found the original email containing the licence key for Crystal Reports Server 2008, however we upgraded this to 2011 sometime ago. I need to recover the licence key I used for this, but the login now seems to be redundant. How can I access this information now?

Hi Jonathan,

Was your purchase made through the online store or do you have a login to http://service.sap.com/support ?

If the latter, you should be able to go in and retrieve license keys or request new ones as long as you had a maintenance agreement in place.

Kristen, I don't know where my company purchased the license or if they had a maintenance agreement. I am working on a worn out laptop and now have a new laptop and I need to reinstall my Crystal 2008 software for development. I can see the license key in part when I go to the License Manager but most of it is asterisked out. How can I transfer the license from one laptop to the other? Please help as I need this for my work.

Hi Diana,

You should be able to see the license key if you go into help and about Crystal Reports.
