Auto TO after GRN

Hi All

When we do goods issue to cost center,  create Transfer Order screen will automatically appear. Is there any possibility for having the same functionality after posting the GRN with reference to Purchase order and for posting change notice also?

Hi

you can configure relevant movement types of your warehouse using tcode: OMLR. (LE-WM-Interface-Movement types - interface to IM-WM movements)

Put "X' in highlighted column, so system will prompt T.O creation screen after post material document.

Thanks for your reply. I am able to see TO creation screen after posting the GRN. But I have one more question. Is there any possibility for saving the TO immediately after GRN is posted ? Example.. If GRN number is generated, System should also generate the TO number immediately.

Hi, The setting which krishna has mentioned will solve your problem.

Prerequisites:

In the storage type configuration: stock placement and stock removal requires confirmation must be ticked

In the warehouse movement types: TO item can be confirmed immediately should be unticked

AND

Solution 1: Tcode: OMLR  for the warehouse movement type for which u need AUTO TO creation must be marked as 'X' ( This applies to TR and PCN's)

Solution 2: Maintain the configuration as In the above screen what Dinesh has mentioned and run a back ground job to create TO's  by schedule
