Types of transactions by default

Hi All!

In my SM i have two type of knowledge article KNAR and ZNAR, in ITSM i click direct link "create knowledge article" and creates a new document, but i dont know which type of document use system to create a new document KNAR or ZNAR, where can i see or change types of transactions by default? in tcode dno_cust04 i dont find any parametr whitch links to knowledge articles.

Hi Anton,

have you checked below one way to know which one is getting created or chaning config by business role goto spro and navigation profile for ur business role (SOLMANPRO) if standard

another is by restricting based upon your authorization so if user's are not authorized then they can't create the other one or see the other transaction type.
