Status change in results

Dear Gurus,

The process flow is as follows:

The analysts do the results recording using QE11 and a supervisor checks and locks the results using QE12. Before results recording, the status is 1 for the inspection characteristics.

During results recording, the status is '2' (Processed, as per SAP) and after locking, the status changes to 5 (Processing is complete).

Is there any way to track the user IDs and time stamps for the analyst who entered the results and that of the supervisor who locked it?

There is also a customisation for this at plant level:
Quality Management >> Basic Settings >>Maintain Settings at Plant Level.

Select Plant > Results Recording >
[x] Immediate Creation of Change Docs.

Do you have the "Documentation required" flag set in the QM view of the material master?

I know this will document changes to inspection results.  I don't think will record the locking however.  But I can't say I ever really looked for that either. So I would try that first.
