Cannot export SSO ticket from AS ABAP

Former Member

Hello,

I am in the process to install SSO between AS Java and AS Abap

Export of certificate from AS Java to AS Abap has properly worked.

But I have problems to export certificate from AS Abap to AS Java.

I am inside Trustmanager and certificate of AS Abap is generated.

But if I select SAPLogonTicket in certificate list from AS Abap

I always get " no certificate selected"

Please could someone give detailed steps for export.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Oscar

Hi Oscar,

1. Run the transaction strustss02

2. Select the system PSE and double click on it

come to Certificate section and it will show the information of the certificate.

Now in the Certificate tab you will find the export button and click on it.

Kindly also paste the screenshot of the process or error which you are getting.

Hello,

thanks for your answer.

I was implementing SSO with that guide :

"SSO configuration between ABAP and JAVA AS - a step by step guide"

and ticket generation in AS JAVA and export to AS ABAP worked well

But in AS ABAP ( client 000 ) when I do in trustmanager following :

- double click in section "certificate list" on appropriate certificate  to bring it to section "certificate"

- and then press button "export"

I get error message : certificate no longer has signature

What does this mean ?

Regards

Oscar

Hi Oskar,

Can you please paste the screen shot of the error.

Generate a new System PSE.Firstly delete the existing one and then create it.

You should perform the activity in 000 client and then distribute it to all the clients.

Thanks a lot. I generated ticket and imported it to AS Java

Please let me ask you two last questions :

1. I added extension .crt to ticket AS ABAP

2. Step by step guide says modify Policy com.sap.security.core.server.jaas.EvaluateTicketLoginModule

This one is not existing ( s. attachment ) . So it's correct to add a new one

Am I right ?

Hi,

You dont need to do that.

Please login to portal.

http://<hostname>:portnumber/sso2

login as administrator

now add the certificated using upload cert button manually. and all will be set.

you need to give the client , system and cert and upload and than it should show you green.

Thanks
