2nd support email Notification

Dear SAP Experts,

I am configuring the Service Desk (IM) in SOLMAN7.1 SPS08.

Where i am finding the issue in sending the email notification to 2 nd level support team

Technical Details:-

Transaction Type:-  YMIN ( COPY OF THE SMIN).

1.)Currently automatic E-mail notification is working for the reporter ( on each status change)

2.) Automatic Email notification to 1st level support team(send mail to message processor) is working fine.

Kindly can you help me in achieving in the same.

Thanks for the details,

I am using the action profile :YMIN_STD for the Incident configuration, not using the SLFN_ADVANCED(SLFN)Transcation Type.

Kindly can you provide the details for the YMIN_STD action defintion.

Hi Senthil

you can define and configure actions for the partner filled in the ticket as message processor or support team

if standard doesn't support

you can this using BADI

here ask the developer to code as per your requirement
