SRM-MDM Catalog Port incorrectly showing Empty

New Contract updates are showing successfully processed in PI.  The file can be seen in the Ready directory on the MDM server.  However the Port in the MDM Console is showing a status of Empty and the file is not getting processed. 

Have tried the following to address the issue with no luck:

1.  Multiple restarts of MDM as well as the entire server.

2.  Cleared Exception folders

3.  Checked the XML Schema was correct

4.  Placed the file on our Test Server in the same location - it was picked up and processed immediately.

5.  Reviewed Logs - no relevant errors

Any other thoughts?

Dear Amy,

Few checks that might help:

Make sure that the place you drop your file is in the same distribution directory as the path in the mds.ini parameter 'Distribution Root Dir='

Verify that MDIS is running and pointing to the correct MDM Server in mdis.ini.

Did notice that the Distribution Root Dir was missing from the mds.ini file.  Not sure where it went as it was working fine last week.  Bounced the server and the files picked up.  Thanks!!!
