URL giving error in ROS

Hello All

Finding this issue in SRM ROS 7.02; When the user gets email,

instead of URL for the product category, it is being displayed in the

below manner!

Any idea what could be the reason for this behavior and remedy for this

Hi Ravi,

You have 2 options

1 Raise OSS message

2 Check the smartforms /SAPSRM/SUCO_NOTIF -> CO_URL_LINK with ABAP consultant and rectify

Thanks for the reply;  Got another query!

#1 Why URL is not coming as hyperlink? What settings should be done

#2 Service users should always be given with authorisations 'SAP_ALL' & 'SAP_NEW"? Mandatory?

I dont know exact reason, you can debugg it or check it with technical BSP application person.also check the relevent setting as per Note 1647006.
