Hi,

I am configuring alert inbox in solution manager 7.1 and which gives only 8 alerts where as my template got more than that. I even tried to copy the template and created a custom template still the same. Please advise.

You need to modify your query, by clicking on the "Change Query" link:

I'm guessing that you want to also see Host level alerts, place a "*" in the Host line item and hit preview (if you want to stay on the screen and review what its going to add to the inbox) or apply to return to the Alert Inbox view.
