Error en service desk solution manager 7.1. job SM: GET CSN COMPONENTS.

Hello Good evening.

I am new to sap solution manager 7.1, I am doing the configuration. In the monitoring system - self-diagnosis service desk function.
(image) displays the following warning:

Details about 00011 Alert - Check background job SM: GET CSN COMPONENTS
Job SM: GET CSN COMPONENTS During canceled last run

How could I fix this?? 894 279 I followed the note.
but I can not repair this alert. I ask for your advice and help to solve
this drawback.

Hello José, that job download components information from sap and after that update it in a table, check SAPOSS connection on SM59 transaction.

to check the connection use "authorization check".

The installation corresponds to solman 7.1 with 007 level.

yes, perform the complete installation setup_solman.

What does the job log show for the failed job(s)?

What stack level are you currently on with SolMan?

Did you complete the Solman_setup transaction?
