FIORI SP01 Issue - A Blank page appear

Hi Team ,

We have upgraded our FIORI SPS01 to SPS02 , after applying it , our Main Launching page is working fine , but when I click on any Sales representative application a blank page appears .

After troubleshooting we found that there is no problem in fetching the data from back-end to Gateway ODATA Services , problem lies in UI5 component which were not able to display the content on the browser.

Is there any workaround available for this issue ?

I have already applied all the applicable note to FIORI Sp02 also raised an OSS message but there is no response yet

Hi Masayuki ,

I was able to solve the issue after applying note 1852767 manually. This has 2 notes mentioned . The two notes to be installed in correct sequence.

Note - 1852699, 1866303.

The UI5 version SP04 requires the additional patches for SPS02

upgrade to work correctly. Both these 2 notes are bundled into the note

1852767.

Thanks for update.

The note is one of mandatory notes mentioned in the install guide.

Hello  i ,

Yes previous to SPS02 it was working fine . Other applications like  ESS and MSS are still working fine with SPS02 but SPS02 just affected Sales representative application . I have attached one application screen shot and web.xml as required .

Please check if you can help me ...:)

In that case, you can create a customer message in SAP Service Marketplace.

I guess some notes are missing.

Hello Masayuki ,

But even after applying the note , nothing got changed . Neither SAP replied anything for this issue yet . Once I find any solution surely I will be sharing the solution with you .

One more thing I have seen that the correction are applied to

Release  Valid to Support Package 

100  SAPK-10004INUI2SRVC-SAPK-10005INUI2SRVC

but if search for patch number 5 for UI SRVC you will not able to see it . Might be its not yet released for customers .

Was it working before applying SPS02?

What is the result when you directly call the app?

Please post the URL string and screenshot.
