Supplier can view the saved PO in SUS

Hi Experts,

We are in SRM701 and ECC6 EHP4,

Scenario: Create PO in ECC,

When PO is created and saved in ECC, the supplier is able to view the saved PO in SUS . under order collaboration tab -- > create document -> external confirmation.

Why is the supplier able to view the saved PO is SUS ? please advise.

Hi Kumar,

This is impossible. If you are going to transfer MM PO to SUS side, you must use MM-SUS scenario.

You may check if outbound and inbound XML messages are genereated for this PO.

ECC:PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1

SUS:PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1

We already checked, but haven't found any XML message flow from ECC to SUS.

we are using SRM-SUS.

Hi Kumar,

How can you identify these two POs are linked together?

For the SUS PO, can you find it with trx bbp_pd(object type BUS2230)?

If there is no any linkage between the two POs, we can't judge that they are the same one only from the number.
