Inspection lot stock tab in 103 mov. type

Hi all,

we have 2 step scenario of incoming materials.

1. Do GRN by mov. type 103, Inspection lot generated, Result Recording & Usage Decision

After Usage Decision Accepted then

2. Store keeper do GRN by mov. type 105 & stock will updated.

Here is the problem is that, while Doing Usage Decision, Inspection lot stock tab appears (not stock relevent) as per attached screen shot.

How I remove this tab as it is not stock relevant?

Dear,

System creates lot with stock in GR Blocked.Prior to UD, you can display in the inspection lot stock tab, the indicator GR to blocked stock. It is standard SAP design 103 movement posting stock to block stock.

Thanks for the reply.

It is in Standard SAP. So unnecessarily we need to enter stock in GR block stock in Inspection lot stock tab while doing UD. Can we restrict this step?

Dear,

Activate quality for 105 movement instate of 103. You can do this from OMJJ.

When you do 105 stock from GR blocked posted to Quality stock.

Or You can use 101 instate of 103 and 105 too.

Hi,

I activated QC for 103 mov. type b'cause we are updating stock after QC results. If QC results acceptable then we do stock by mov type 105.

You can try with a solution.  Assign a code in UD selected set and maintain 'Posting proposal UD' to 'VMENGE04 To blocked stock'.

This way you can complete the stock posting automatically and save this step during UD.

We cant assign Automatic stock posting at UD code level.

We are using same code for all Inspection lots.
