Purchase Organization and Group doesn't display in Shopping Cart

Hello experts,

actually i build up an new SAP SRM 7.02 System in the classic scenario.

The first steps are finished and i create the orgstructure.

I create the root knot. Behind there the purchase org with groups and the company code with a simple structure.

The purchase org and group has the function too.

The responsibilty for the purchase group is also maintained!

If i create an shopping cart, i can't use or see the purchase group.

It the same when i try to set the default settings in the professional shopping cart. The purchase group is empty.

Have anybody an idea, how i can solve this problem?

PS: Attributes are all defined.

Hi Daniel,

try to select company code first.

Check the table BBP_DET_LOGSYS. At least entry with * and your backend system should be there.

Hi Konstantin,

i have try to select the company code first. But the result is also empty.

In the tabe BBP_DET_LOGSYS the entries looks so.

DE1 is the backend system

DSR the SRM system

Hi Daniel,

if you use classic scenario, product categories must be replicated from backend to SRM. Hope it is done.

LOGSYS_SOURCE must be equal to LOG_SYS and equal to your backend system (DE1). Please correct your entry.
