Dear Mr. Sivakoti,
Use following sap recommended prerequisites.
1. Use the latest version of SAPinst from SAP Service Marketplace.
2. Apply SAP note 1346768 and set the enviroment variable "SAP_IPv6_ACTIVE=1". Restart the SAP services.
3. Update SAP kernel as per note 1690601.
4. Red Hat Enterprise Linux : The use of RHEL5. 3 or higher is required for the use of IPv6, because this version supported a series of error corrections in IPv6.
5. SUSE Linux: You are required to use SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Support Package 2 at least.
6. Configuring IPv6 address selection
In case the default IPv6 address selection described in RFC3484 does not match your setup, it can be configured in /etc/gai.conf, the getaddrinfo(3) configuration file. The format of the file is described in its man page ("man 5 gai.conf").
Above Recommendation are available in Note 1346768 in details.
Kind rgds,
Ashwin Mane

Hi Sivakoti,
Please refer following SAP notes
Note 1771226 - Installations on Linux with IPv6
Note 1346768 - Activating IP Version 6 (IPv6) on AS ABAP
Hope this helps.

Has a DNS entry already been setup for your system?
A simple test would be to edit the host file and assign 'sapspi6' to the non loopback IPv6 address.
Also have you verified that you have a IPv6 address?
