SC history update problem:PO from PR not getting displayed in SC history

Hi

We are on EBP 3.5,Classic scenario.

PR's get created in R/3 backend and then are manually converted into PO.This entire cycle is shown in EBP SC history tab.However for some of the SC's we are seeing status only up to PR stage(PO no. is not getting displayed either in BBP_PD or check status txn).When we try manual status updation thru BBP_GET_STATUS_2,it throws an error saying,"these references neither GUID nor destination,thus could not be assigned to any system not even local system".

Has anyone faced such an issue.Pl reply

<b>Have you tried executing report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP ? What all errors appear in RZ20 Transaction, when this dump happens. ? </b>

Can you look at the text displayed under the message section after you run the BBP_GET_STATUS_2.

Hi,

In the Classic scenario,you can see the SC history only till the PR creation.PO data is not stored anywhere in SRM.

Thanks for reply

We are able to see SC update up to PO number in SC history tab.Its only for few SC's we are getting error message as mentioned.The final error text is"NO PO FOUND(EKET)".EKET is the table in backend where PR-->PO info is stored. I suppose the status run program uses SRM PR no. to get backend PO which it is not able to for certain SC's.We are not able to reproduce this error.

Hi,

Not sure whether this will be of any help. I had encountered such errors a few times.

Most of the occasions, the PO was not output correctly.

I used to reprocess the PO in the change mode & used to ensure that the PO message ouput status is Green.
