We are trying to setup Screen Personas 1.0 SP01. We followed the steps from configuration document. We activated all the required services from SICF as well.
Following start page gives blank rectangular box over background image.
http :// <host>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp/index.html
When i go to following pages, i can still see xml files.
http : //<host>:<port>/crossdomain.xml
http : //<host>:<port>/clientaccesspolicy.xml
Could it be that we are not using SSL? Any thoughts?
Any inputs are highly appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Kranthi,
If you are not able to find any log message as recommended by Tobias, then it can be that you are using XP or Vista. Blank screen issue was reported by couple of customers. If you see error as shown below then you are in same boat.
As you said you have got SP01, then you might want to implement note 1890693 which contains the latest Personas XAP file for SP01 with the fix.
Let us know if your problem was solved.

Thank you, Sushant. I was using XP system which caused this issue. On logging in from Windows 7, i got a page with SAP Logo.
I was expecting to see gears icon to create a new flavor (this is a brand new system). Except logoff and language, I don't see any other options. Is this something expected from
http :// <host>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp/index.html . Please advise. Thank you.
Hi Kranthi,
You need to assign your user proper authorizations. Please see section Section 3.4 and 3.5 of Personas Configuration Guide to create Personas role and how to assign them. For a start, you can assign "-1" which will give full editing rights for your user.
Again, it is quiet important that you check 3.1.3, 3.1.4 and 3.3 to make sure your settings are correct.
Hope it helps!!

Sushant
Hi Kranthi,
Please have a look at the client-side (browser) logs to see what could be going wrong. I would recommend to follow the suggest process at http://scn.sap.com/community/gui/blog/2013/06/28/sap-screen-personas--client-side-debugging.
Cheers,
Tobias.
