Hi Everybody,
we are trying to figure out, how the scheduling of planned orders work in SAP APO PPDS.
Since there are no corresponding in PDS for ECC times like move time, float before production, float after production, queue time etc we are trying to determine, how these times are considered in PPDS scheduling.
I found the fields Minimum Interoperation Time and Maximum Interoperation Time in PDS. It says that these field include the above mentioned times.
However, although these times are all maintained in ECC, they are empty in the PDS.
Does anyone know how they are filled or where to find these times? Moreover, does anybody have a helpful overview over PPDS scheduling?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Mitch
Hi Mitch,
you can go to our SAP Advanced Production Scheduling rapid-deployment solution.
we do not use PDS there but we give guidance for detailed scheduling.

Hi Mitch,
I faced the same issue of maximum and minimum interoperation times not getting populated in PDS from recipe in one of my implementations. Did an enhancement in the following BAdIs used for creating and maintaining the data of the runtime objectto BADI - CUSLNTRTO_ADDIN and interoperation times were CIFed to APO. Hope this helps.
