Not able to view transaction sometimes

We have a situation where users complain that they are able to run transaction successfully sometimes and sometimes the same transaction throws authorization error.

The PFCG time dependency job runs daily in our system.

Can some please help me figure out the cause for this and the possible solution.

can you provide more info?

what kind of auth error?  example of transactions?

Ask the users to take SU53 screen-shot when they are getting the error. You can analyse what authorisation is missing. You can also run a trace.

Once please check s_tcode object,if the tcode is place here directly u can this type of errors.

so ,remove the tcode in s_tcode and add in the menu.and try it

Hi Yasmin,

Best thing you could do here is- check the change documents for that user (transaction- SUIM).

Here you can filter on -role/date to investigate specific case!!
