Restriction in Movement type 413 E

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement wherein we want to restrict the user from posting quantity more than the sales order quantity through Movement type 413 E.

E.g We have two Sales Orders A and B having same material M1 and Order quantities as 5 pcs and 10 pcs respectively.

Now if we want to transfer 5 pcs from B to A  then we will use movement type 413 E.

But while doing this the we want system should restrict the user from posting a greater quantity than 5 pcs since Sales order A has a requirement of only 5 pcs.

Hi,

There is no standard way to do this

check the BADI    "MB_DOCUMENT_UPDATE" which may be used to restrict the quantity
