Hello,
We would like to make our existing MII 12.2 application project a "System Project" so that it cannot be accidently deleted. We did not find any documentation on how to set the "System Project" flag for an existing project. We found a round about way to do this that involved deleting the project, unzipping the project files, editing the ProjectInfo.xml and then zipping up the project files. We had hoped that maybe it is just a security setting or role that we could add in the MII Workbench on the Meta-Inf tab, then edit the ProjectInfo.xml within the MII Workbench or there is a button available to enable System Project, similar to the Enable/Disable Monitoring on the "Projects" page.
Thank you in advance!
Can anyone tell us if there is a better way to set a project to be a "System Project"? Also, can someone point us to the SAP documentation for setting the "System Project"?
Thanks

Hi David,
MII provides the 'Default' project as a 'System Project'.
But MII does not supports a user to create a system project (Because the user project is created by user and not by system).
Also the work around you did(changing the XML) is not supported by MII but would work.
So you would not find any role or setting in MII to make a project as System Project.
Regards,
Rohit Negi.
