That means TO not created, and are you using any unit conversation for that material. Pls check that UOM conversation and try.

there are much more quantities involved than just the material master.
it could eventually be a capacity check for the target bin that creates to high numbers.
Goto SM13 and find the posting failure, try to analyze for here. select the failed posting, click the header icon, check if there is a different error message with more details.
double click the failed posting and put the cursor onto the module with the error and you can even check the data (second icon from the left, or Ctr.+Shift+F6)
You may even need to go into the dump if there is any to analyze in which statement the error happened and what fields have been processed at that moment.
Once you know the fields and the value of the field then this might give you an idea in which table or transaction you have to search for the wrong record.
