Free goods maintenance

Dear All,

Kindly advise if there is a standard way to perform the below actions on free goods conditions

1. Create free goods condition based on a template - I couldn't find copy function in VBN1

2. Mass maintenance of free goods condition records (i.e. Renewal of validity end for a group of condition records in a single step)

3. Hold free goods conditions for a while (i.e. condition record is valid till next month, but I want to hold it just for today)

select the condition and below you will find indicator to change the validity , please click on it

to change the validity

your other two questions are not clear

please give some more information
