sld configuring data supplier on 4.6c

Hi All,

We have defined SLD on solution manager 4.0 and its working fine for all systems in netweaver 2004s. But I have been trying to define automatic transfer of data for an 4.6c system in RZ70 . Here is the error log:

Batch job not scheduled

Also, in SM59 the SLD host is not reachable in rfc destination SLD_NUC..... Any thoughts on where to look for??????

Hi Jayant

It seems

that TCP/IP service "sapgw01" is not defined on that application server.add this in /etc/services file

Also check 455140

Hi Jayant,

First question: Is your sliman 4.0 a non-unicode system ? if it is unicode SLD_UC RFC destination will come into picture.

Second thing are you using explicit RFC destination option in SLD?. Use Automatic RFC destination option.

Also I hope there are no firewall issues.

Check the OSS note 584654 as well.
