How to query BRM decision table from PI?

Dear folks,

I’ve installed the latest NW PO 7.4 and there I’ve created a rule and a decision table. Now I’d like to query this table from PI throughout a UDF.

I’ve read the latest SAP presentations about BRM 7.3 and now it seems possible to consume those tables directly, I assume via BRM APIs.

I've got an outdated "how-to document" - NW BRM 7.2 from PI 7.1 - which implements what I'm looking for, but without BRM APIs. In this old doc the developer exposes the Decision Table as a web service and inside a UDF a SOAP call is made to consume it. I'd like to know if we have a similar and recent SAP how-to describing the same requirement but using BRM APIs instead.

Is there anyone implementing such approach that can give me some hints?

but I think Adam did the trick:
