Shopping carts are not getting updated in DB_Error in ADDR_SAVE_INTERN

Hello All,

Recently we have refreshed the system and after that the shopping carts was not getting updated  in DB. Able to order the carts, but it is not visible to access any more. When I check in SM13, I have below message.

Does any one have the list of activities that need to be performed after Refresh by Functional consultant?

If any one faced this issue before then please help me to fix this error.

Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

keywords:

"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" " "

"SAPLSZA0" or "LSZA0U47"

"ADDR_SAVE_INTERN"

If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error

notification to SAP, include the following information:

1. The description of the current problem (short dump)

   To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

Issue has been fixed.

There is an issue in Address number range. Corrected in SA01.

Are the all users facing same error ? , Please check organization unit assignement.
