No Authorization to view shopping cart

Hi All,

I am unable search for the shopping cart through advanced search in srm portal.Before I could view it properly.

The following error was displayed.

The Shopping Cart number xxxxxxxxx you entered does not exist or no authorization; Specify your search with search criteria of the advanced search below.

Could you please help me in resolving this.

Hi Parameshwari,

In advanced search, if you search SC with SC number, it will do strict
check to see if the user who logon to portal is the creator of SC.
If so, this SC will be found out and you may display and edit it.

However if you are creating SC on behalf of another user, you have to
search this SC with flag 'Bought on Behalf' in the search criteria.

If the SC is one team purchasing cart, then all the members in this
team can search out this cart via advanced search.

Which role you using to search SC ?

Assign role to user /SAPSRM/MANAGER or change authorization SRM: Advanced Search in existing role.
