Number of Retries for message in SXMB_MONI is 19 ???

All,

Scenario: IDOC to JDBC.

When the message for this interface fails in PI SXMB_MONI due to mapping issues, the number of retires the message goes through is 19.

In SXMB_ADMIN the IS_RETRY_LIMIT is set to 2 in prod PI.

Please advice.

the answer lies in Option 2 where report RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES is scheduled and the Max. Reschedules per Message is set to 20 in your case.
