error when closing the Livelink Archive Windows Viewer.

Hello.

I enter SAP, select transaction OADR, execute, select the printlist, select View the printlist, the software Livelink Archive Windows Viewer  activates, I see the printlist ok, then when I finish inspecting the printlist, I select DOCUMENT -> EXIT, so the software closes, then give me the attachjed error.

Why do I receive this error?

This is an error code generated by the windows viewer, try to reinstall once then you should able to resolve the issue.

I did install 3 times the software

whenever you open a file via viewer it will create temp files in its root folder, so try deleting those files and see if this get resolved. I dont see any error from sap side.

Hello,

I think this is not a SAP error, but an error with the memory available on the PC itself.

You may need to get your IT department to check this. It also could be an OpenText problem.

Which version of SAP you are using?
