Trip Edit block after FI posting

Hello all, following the situation  about trip changes block for our Production and Quality system,

A - We have trips which allow changes after FI Posting in our production system.

B - In ou quality system the changes for trips is blocked after trip FI posting ("Message no. 56821 - Accounting status not 'documents posted', trip can not be changed")

Question anybody knows which tocde we can use to configure this messages for Trip in order to Block or Unblock trip changes after FI trip posting?

Hi Marcelo,

check out the error message: it says the trip can't be changed, because the documents are created, but NOT posted yet. So, in your test system, you probably haven't started the actual posting run yet or it ended with error. As soon as they are posted, you are able to change the trip again. It's only between changing the status and actual posting, while the trip is in a kind of "limbo" state that you cant change the trip.

That's normal system behaviour. No need to block and unblock anything manually.

Dear Marcelo,

This error comes when you have only done PRFI and not PRRW posting. So once you do that this error wil go.

Regarding authorizations for blocking the trip after posting you need to modify the traveler role. SAP standard allows changes after posting and creates different version of trip. Good part is that it only posts remaining amount and does not post same amount twice.
