VF31 Invoice bulk printing alingment Issue

hi we are facing a peculiar problem in VF31 Invoice bulk printing where the left margin in the Invoice is getting truncated and in the invoice content the space is getting messed up. this is happening only when we print directly for a bunch of invoice from the spool where as when we try to print individually the invoice from the spool then the printout is getting fine.

Any idea or suggestions would be helpful to fix this issue.

Can you check whether you have maintained the Output device correctly in NACE transaction, condition record.

Hi Shanker,

were you changing the printer device in VF31 compared to the original printer that was assigned to the invoice output. we had sort of similar problem earlier, where the alignment was working fine in LOCL printer & another SAP printer 1, however some alignment issues & greyed out issues were seen on SAP printer 2 & this was solved more from the printer configuration side.

you can check the invoices assigned to the printer ( which is used in VF31) alone & try issuing them alone & check the alignment issue occuring there.
