Dear All,

There is an issue where SMQ2 is blocked. The first entry in the Queue is in error with the message "connection closed(no data)".

The inbound data that enters this queue remains in Scheduled status.

Request your inputs on how to solve this error.

Hi Kalyan,

try to double click on the first message in your queue and it will direct you to MONI screen, if there is any error you need to rectify it and resend the same.

other option is you can save that perticular LUW by rightclicking on first message and save LUV.

So that your first message will be moved to SMQ3 and all the subsequent messages will be processed from the queue.

later you can debug and rectify the error and resend it from SMQ3.

Thanks and Regards,

Naveen

Hi Kalyan,

Can you try first lock the queue and then unlock? It will resume the processing for the same queue.

Nabendu.

I recomend you access the TX SXMB_ADM -->Manage Queue and des- register

-->Register and later active the queues.

if that do not solve the issue also take a look to SAP Note - 378903

Hi Kalyan,

Try reactivating the queues on SMQR.
