Erro VDS for Integration with GRC AND IDM

I have a problem of integration between GRC and VDS, follows the print error

When integrating GRC and IDM make sure that the GRC webservices are turned on.

500 is a Internal web server issue.

Also with your screenshots above I didn't see anything related to smicm > shift + F1 to list the ports being listened on.

Did you have the web service enabled via sicf?

Finally we opened a call that took 3 months to be resolved, we had several issues with the WS version 7.3, and after many patches now working station, were involved experts IDM, WS, ABAP, for the real solution.

So what needed to be done?

In version 7.3 need to be done several procedures, such as applying to note that all webservices appear, 3 appear by default so we need refazr the configurations of HTTP, we had to recreate several times with different End points. Anyway one solution a little big.

I'll try to put everything that was done on a word document and post it here, so I can not guarantee to do so today.

Looks to me that you have a HTTP/401 error which is typically no user being provided for logon.

Are you using an account that GRC has in its user master?
