Process Chain tree is not displayed in Prod.

Hi Experts ,

I had imported my process Chain from Quality to Production system related to Planning area backup . After transporting to Prod , it is displaying as a disable mode .

Currently , I am not getting what happened wrong as if it is in disable mode and not able to view the process tree .

Can anyone suggest what is the possible cause for this and how we can regain the same state of quality one in Production Environment  to run the process Chain . ( Refer the screenshot for detailed )

Hi Sesh,

This is common scenario, click on the process chain and activate again in change mode in RSPC then you can able to view the tree structure.
