Hi
In Note 737239, it is said:
" As of Release 4.6C, site can be distributed via ALE/IMG distribution. Owing to the technical structure of sites, the ALE distribution of site data is comprised of IMG transports of Customizing data and ALE distribution of the application data. "
I know the different BD transactions for transferring Article (BD10/BD11), Customer (BD12/BD13), Vendor (BD14/BD15) etc.
Correspondingly for Site master, which BD* should be used, after the logical systems are configured.
Also:
Step by step procedure will be very much appreciated as to how to transfer the Customizing data and application data seperately.
Regards

There is no BD* T-Code for Site Master.
The sequence for distribution is per the SAP Note;
1 - Move the customizing request via standard transport mechanisms
- You understand that this process assumes, therefore, that Sites are created in Development Gold so that customizing requests are captured during execution of WB01.
2 - ALE Site Customer using BD12
3 - ALE Site Vendor using BD14

hello,
Paul does this mean that Site is always created and changed (WB01 and WB02) in Dev and then transported to QA and then to PRD ? No changes are supposed to be made in PRD for sites ?

That is exactly what I said, and what is implied by the SAP Note:
"You understand that this process assumes, therefore, that Sites are created in Development Gold so that customizing requests are captured during execution of WB01".
And the Site Distribution after creation or change involves 3 steps:
1 - Move the customizing request via standard transport mechanisms
2 - ALE Site Customer using BD12
3 - ALE Site Vendor using BD14
This is implied by the SAP Note because the only system and client that will demand the customizing request (which is required for Site Distribution) is the Development Gold client.
