Hello Experts,

I have a scenario for FOC.We have product hierarchy and based on tat user require the FOC.

Example:

Material 1 - MEX ASIAN 338 BLACK

Material 2 - MEX ASIAN 339 GREEN

Material 3 - MEX ASIAN 340 WHITE

Requirement is if the user input the Material 1 system should give the option to choose Material 2 and Material 3

After selecting Material 2 system should consider the 2nd line item as FOC.

I know it can be done through material substitution.

Can you all suggest alternative solution.

Up to me ,Material Substitution is good to handle this .I donno ,why you are looking for alternative solution .

Note : We dont have more ways to handle this smoothly .

Hi,

its possible with cross selling but you need to change second line item category manually as a free of charge item.
