MRP element in availability Overview screen.

Dear All,

Could any one please help me to figure it out how MRP elements are determine in Availablity overview screen of Sales order.

I have a stock of 100 qty. Now when i create an SO of 10 qty in Availability overview screen mrp element is "SimReq - Simulated requirements" with quanity "7" and If I create an SO of 20 qty MRP element quanity shows 14 and so on....

Now when I press F1 help it says :-

Quantity received or quantity required

"Depending on the relevant MRP element, this value specifies either the
quantity received or the quantity required."

Request you all to please provide your input..how MRP element is derived.

Thanks for your reply, Please find the attached screenshot..I have created an order for 10 but only 7 is coming in stimulated requirmeent.

I have insert it as an image..i dnt know y it is not showing..could you please guide me how to attach the same..so that ican be visible..
