Notification Workflow

Hi all,

there is one requirement from  my client that when they save any notification , a mail should be triggered in their boss's  personal email.

I have tried for workflow, but its not working.

anybody please let me know how to activate it.

There are some threads available on this topic.

As this process includes ABAP, Basis & Functional efforts, its just not possible to give the details. So, discuss with your Workflow consultant on development, Basis consultant on configuring SCOT & other mail triggering configuration settings.

Also, provide them the logic where & how the mail should be triggered.
