Hi Jason, Jürgen,

Due to confusion caused out of accidentally publishing unfinished document, I lost my document both from published as well as from drafts folder.

My request to you

1. Please remove the 10 points added to my score against this document.

2. Please restore this document into the drafts folder.

The document reference is:

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-44850

Thank you

is again in draft mode: please let me know if you can access it.

Generally, we cannot always accommodate such requests in the future so please be careful.  Otherwise, you can create a new document with the same content while deleting the previous one.

I did that too already and now again but without luck. (Getting 'Not Found' screen)

Actually, the screen-shots (edited with effort) I do not have back-up. Text part can be managed.

Please help, if possible.

In this case we've exhausted all options

We cannot place documents back into draft mode after they have been published.  I will send you the screenshots via eMail so that you can create a new document.

That'll be a great help Jason. That completes my requirement.
