Canceling a PO for movement type 655 after UD

If I want to cansel PO for movement type 655 after UD I have to reverse UD with movement type 656 but SAP don't give me that option. I have tray wit transaction MB1A, MBST, VL09 ...

What I have to do ?!

Give more detail as suggested by Mr. KD.  As 655 is used to put the stock into quality in case of Customer Return.

1. Create Returns order for material 10000110 for quantity of 1 000Kg - VA01,
2. Create Billing document  - VF01,
3. Creating Outbound Delivery with Order Reference on batch GP20121231 - VL01N,
4. Inspection lot 05 is created and it is on QI,
5. Record Usage Decision  for Inspection lot 05 - QA11,
6. UD is made and return quantity is on free,
7. We saw a mistake and want to cancel Outbound Delivery 8000..,
8. Reverse Goods Movement for Outbound Delivery 8000... - VL09,
9. Message pop up - Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 1 000 KG: 10000110 2100 S020 GP20121231 _{Message no. M7021}
10. For transaction MB1A, MBST and MB11 in standard option there isn’t movement type 656 but through OMJJ I have activated it.
11. After activating movement type 656 through OMJJ this type I don’t have 656 falling menu but it gives me to work in that transactions. After I have to save changes I have massage “Update control of movement type is incorrect (entry 656 X X).
12. If I want to use this transaction (MB1A, MBST and MB11 nonQM transaction) to post batch on QI again I have massage - Change the inspection stock of material 10000110 in QM only _{Message no. QA495}
13. So, I can’t use movement type 656 and I can’t post batch on QI after UD …

Hi

Use correction program of this sap note175842. It will do stock reversal then cancel the Outbound Delivery.

655 movement type is linked with Sales Return Process. On this, why do you want to cancel PO??

Yes it is, but when they want to canceled PO (Inbound/Outbound Delivery - 8000017396) after UD in VL09 they have message: "Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 1 000 KG: 10000110 2100 S020 GP20121231", "Message no. M7021". Reversing UD and returning the QI is not possible on same inspection lot. I can reverse UD on inspection lot 89 but however I cannot cancel PO (Inbound/Outbound Delivery - 8000017396).

We made UD but after that we saw that something is not alright so we want to cancelled

All other nonQM transaction give msg “Change the inspection stock of material 10000110 in QM only“ what is not possible in SAP.

I put movement type 656 for transaction mb1a and mb11 but nothing … msg “Update control of movement type is incorrect (entry 656 X X)“

Do I need to check mark somewhere in QM?

Please post the steps you followed from top to bottom till you receive message.

Also, update which Inspection type you are using this process?? 06 or 05??
