After this i found no data and cofiles in Prd, i cpoied them and try to add to queue manually got following error
All the files and folder were having full control permissions.
While checking TP tool i found access denied to SLOG1332 file. when i checked i cannot find log file with that name
I even tried to update configuration of PRD from Domain getting error File \\SERVER\sapmnt\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_SID.BAK could not be opened for writing (Permission denied).

Hi kunal,
It's been a month i haven't transported into PRD, before that it is working fine. there was a hard disk crash and out IT team restored and after that everything is working fine, but this issue raised recently only, was there any thing todo with that, If please advise.
I can transport into QAS from DEV but cannot push it into PRD.
Qn: Do we need to update TP and R3trans in all the systems or only in PRD system hence the issue is with PRD system only.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Anil,
Is your production system is on cluster(MSCS)?
If yes, then you need to do STMS load balancing.
follow Note 943334 - TMS setup in high availability systems.
If your system is not on MSCS then check production's firewall settings. firewall must be off.

Hi Anil,
Are you facing issue only for a particular TR or for all in TR queue ? If only for this TR , then check whether data file and co files are having full access or not . Also if it's for all TRs, then check in properties of TRANS directory , whether it has suitable READ MODIFY WRITE access or not. If it's an AIX system, then check the same with Win SCP.
Please let me know in case any concern.

Nilutpal.

Hello
Move this file to a different location and then retry
\\SERVER\sapmnt\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_SID.BAK
Also make sure that this directory is shared.

Hello
Check sidadm user and sapservicesid user rights on sapmnt and saploc shares.
Also try to update tp.exe.
If all fails please delete whole STMS configuration and make a new one.
Best regards

Hi Anil,
Check your file permission again and if you are using oracle please check your listener is up and running.
Test consistency and transport tool in STMS.
Please check your tpsyslog
